It’s taken me a few years (decades) to multiple jobs, moves, and life events that have brought me to my current home and vocation as a Real Estate Advisor & Professional.

I am the youngest son and child of my parents Bob & Diane Seemann.  My hometown was the village of Lindsey Ohio, which was a rural farm community in Northwest Ohio.  My dad only listened to A.M. radio and because of our location, I was raised on Detroit, MI radio out of WJR.  This is the reason that when I graduated from High School at Fremont Ross, it felt very natural for me to attend Michigan State University, as I felt drawn to Michigan, and specifically Detroit sports teams.

I was part of the Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) at MSU and was commissioned as a 2LT in the U. S. Army in 1988.  I was stationed in Germany and was deployed to Southwest Asia during Desert Shield and Desert Storm.  When the Army decided it was in theirs and my best interest to part ways, I worked with a headhunter who specialized in placing military officers in the Top 500 global companies.

I started at Clarke American in San Antonio in 1992 and worked in the corporate world for a decade.  In 2001, after my marriage to my amazing wife Jeanne, I needed something more than boardroom and office meetings.  I landed in the field of Trade Show Production and Management helping to develop a global trade show with events held several times a year around the country and the world.

When all the travel become too much, my sister (yes, Donna) convinced me to get into real estate.  Now 8 years into this career, working at the Number 1 brokerage in the city, I have the opportunity to assist customers across the region that I have called home for more than 30 years.  I’m part of the group which claims; “I wasn’t born a Texan, but I got here as quick as I could.”

My mission is simple:  I will endeavor to help and advise any and all individuals that are placed in my path, regardless of their circumstances personally or financially.  If a door has been opened for us to meet and have a conversation, I will do my best to ensure I fully assist them.

I am originally from Lindsey, Ohio a small farm community in Northwest Ohio.  I used to tell people there were 499 when I wasn’t home. At age 18 I left and joined the international group Up With People.  It was that decision that first took me to Tucson, Arizona. I wound up studying at the University of Arizona after Up with People, then married, moved back to Ohio, graduated from the University of Toledo and spent 20 years in Ohio.  In 2000 my husband wanted to ‘go home so we packed up and moved back to Tucson.

I have 3 grown sons, one in Arizona and 2 in Colorado.  I have worked in Real Estate since 2005, with Keller Williams Southern Arizona for 12 years, and have assisted buyers and sellers from around the globe.  I continue to be in the top 500 Realtors in Tucson & Southern Arizona.  In 2012 I fulfilled a lifelong dream of studying in France and spent a month in an adult immersion program. Being fluent allows me to assist French speakers who are buying and selling in this area!  A great joy for me.

For fun, I travel!  When I am home, I am planning to travel.  I have visited about 16 countries and have more on the Horizon. I sing & paint! Love my friends and family around the world and continue to have a super close relationship with my siblings and their families.  My children and friends tell me I am the world’s best networker!

My tagline has typically been “Thorough, Tenacious, and Fun!”  I love the city of Tucson.  Our diversity, the mountains, the City of Gastronomy, the University, and our lovely, lovely weather!

Looking forward to helping those of you considering Tucson and Southern Arizona for your future move!
